Job summary

Encore Talent Solutions is seeking a Service Delivery Manager best aligned with a Service Project Coordinator to drive multiple service workstreams across locations, coordinating customer requests from intake through completion.

The ideal candidate has service coordination, dispatch, or project coordination experience in HVAC, Building Automation Systems, or Security and Access Control, plus strong customer service and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, dispatch or project coordination.
• Background in HVAC, Building Automation Systems, or Security and Access Control.
• Strong customer service skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce/CRM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors and internal teams; maintain accurate work orders.
• Communicate with customers to ensure timely service delivery and documentation.
• Support multiple service workstreams across locations from intake to completion.

Job description

The Service Delivery Manager, best aligned with a Service Project Coordinator, drives multiple service workstreams across locations, coordinating customer requests, scheduling, resources, materials, and work orders from intake through completion. Success requires proactively anticipating next steps, resolving barriers, engaging teams, and continuously reprioritizing workloads to meet deadlines, supported by strong follow-through and organized, adaptable processes.

Responsibilities include coordinating technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams; maintaining accurate work orders and documentation; and communicating with customers to ensure timely service delivery. Ideal candidates bring service coordination, dispatch, or project coordination experience in HVAC, Building Automation Systems, or Security and Access Control, along with strong customer service and Microsoft Office skills. Salesforce bFO/bFS Lightning, Genesys, Tableau, and Microsoft Dynamics experience is preferred.
