Job summary

METRIX IT SOLUTIONS INC is seeking a Service Delivery Manager – Infrastructure to own and govern end-to-end infrastructure service delivery across connectivity, security, compute and data center towers. The role ensures SLAs, KPIs and availability are met while coordinating across geographically distributed teams.

Candidates should have strong ITIL experience and expertise in compute, networking, storage and security services, with a track record of managing complex environments and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT Infrastructure Service Delivery / Infrastructure Operations.
• Knowledge of Compute, Windows/Unix Servers, x86 Hardware, Virtualization and Data Center operations.
• Experience with Storage/SAN, Backup & Recovery and infrastructure monitoring.
• Understanding of enterprise Networking/Connectivity and infrastructure Security services.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change and Service Level Management.
• Experience managing complex infrastructure environments and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong customer management, governance and escalation-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end infrastructure service delivery across Connectivity/Network, Security, Compute and Data Center towers.

• Coordinate infrastructure security activities, including operational risks, vulnerabilities, remediation tracking and security-related incidents.
