Job summary

Saragossa is seeking a senior Service Delivery professional in New York City on a hybrid basis. You will manage service delivery for a client base including Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Wealth/Asset Managers, ensuring exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.

This role shapes strategy, scales delivery, and acts as a senior leader within a fast-growing arm of the business. Day-to-day work spans Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra, Azure, AWS, core infrastructure, networking, and security.

Qualifications

You're stepping into a role that puts you at the center of a fast growing technology services business working with some of the most prestigious names in the buy-side.

This is a hybrid position based in New York City, where you'll be managing service delivery for a client base that includes top-tier Hedge Funds, Private Equity firms, and Wealth and Asset Managers. These are demanding, high-caliber clients and you'll be the person they trust to keep everything running smoothly and strategically.

You're not just overseeing tickets and SLAs here. You're helping define how the service delivery function scales, shaping strategy, and becoming a key figure in the growth of a new arm within the business. It's a genuinely senior, influential position with real weight behind it.

Day to day you'll be working across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra, Azure, AWS, core infrastructure, networking, and security. You'll bring structure and process to a fast-moving environment and make sure clients are getting an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.

Your background is in IT support, and you carry strong ITIL knowledge into everything you do. You've come up through an MSP, a technology consultancy, or a services firm, and you've worked with finance clients before. You understand their world, their expectations, and the pace they operate at.

You know how to hold a room with a CTO and also roll up your sleeves when the situation calls for it. That balance is exactly what this role needs.
