Qualifications

• Experience in service delivery, operations, field services, or coordination roles within energy, oil & gas, or industrial services.
• Strong communication, customer-facing, and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in resource scheduling and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job activities and ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery.
• Act as primary interface with the customer to ensure operational and commercial success.
• Monitor and validate scope, deliverables, and commercial terms before job execution.
• Schedule and dispatch resources in line with job requirements and BH standards.
• Escalate issues that may impact safety, quality, or customer satisfaction.
