Crewe

A rapidly growing company in Crewe is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a niche role, involving processing orders, handling customer phone calls, and building strong customer relationships. The role includes an induction period in the warehouse to gain product knowledge and understanding.

Responsibilities

• Processing and preparing orders for customers over the phone.
• Arranging transportation of products to customer sites, ensuring timely delivery.
• Assisting with the installation of products at customer sites.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
• Attending face-to-face meetings with clients.
• Staying informed of market changes to provide feedback to the team.

Skills and Experience

• Practical, hands-on approach and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in IT with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• Experience in DIY, practical tasks, or home improvements is advantageous.
• UK driving license preferred.
• Positive attitude, flexible, and willing to assist other departments.
• Eagerness to learn and progress.

Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. No weekends.
