Albertsons Companies is seeking a Service Deli Supervisor to oversee daily deli operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage inventory and staff. Responsibilities include supervising staff, inspecting for quality and sanitation, merchandising displays, fulfilling orders, and maintaining records.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a solid understanding of food safety. The position may involve scheduling, training, and enforcing company policies across shifts

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to manage people and maintain composure with customers and co-workers.
• Understanding of employment laws and workplace practices (as referenced in duties).
• Knowledge of product variety, bakery standards, perishability, and safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Champions customer service programs to meet or exceed goals.
• Supervises day-to-day functions of the service deli.
• Conducts daily inspections for quality, sanitation, safety and product rotation.
• Assists with receiving, preparing, cooking, slicing and packaging.
• Implements promotional displays and monitors inventory, logs, and paperwork.
• Orders and controls inventory to ensure freshness and proper levels.
• Ensures proper merchandising, labeling, and compliance with health standards.
• Handles customer relations and special orders; may make announcements.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the sales floor and work areas.
• Schedules associates to ensure adequate coverage and trains staff.
• Maintains confidentiality of store and company information.
• Performs all duties safely and with integrity.
• Other related duties as required.
