Responsibilities

• Oversee daily deli operations with a focus on customer service, food quality, and department readiness.
• Create a fast, friendly, customer-first environment and handle inquiries or special requests.
• Execute merchandising plans, planograms, promotions, and seasonal sets.
• Oversee deli preparation, slicing, cooking, packaging, and merchandising per recipes and standards.
• Maintain appealing service cases, grab-and-go, and hot displays.
• Manage ordering, inventory, shrink, production logs, and waste reporting.
• Build schedules aligned with sales and labor targets.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop deli associates while promoting teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, temperature controls, and regulations.
