MSS in Apple Valley is hiring a Service Coordinator to join our Dakota County team. This weekday, day-shift role offers meaningful work in disability and human services.

As a Service Coordinator, you’ll handle case management, plan activities, and provide direct care support while building individualized programs for clients.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field with 1 year of direct care experience.
• AA degree in a related field with 2 years of direct care experience.
• Diploma in a related field with 3 years of direct care experience.
• 50 hours of education and training related to human services with 4 years of direct care experience.

Responsibilities

• Case management: get to know clients and families to tailor programs.
• Plan engaging programs and activities in the community and center.
• Provide direct care support with day-to-day activities.
