Job summary

MSS is seeking a Service Coordinator in Dakota County. The Eagan Center is open 7:30am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday, with no evenings or weekends. You will help design and implement engaging programs for people we serve while providing direct care support as needed.

Qualified applicants must meet Minnesota’s 245D Designated Coordinator requirements, have a valid MN driver’s license, and pass a background check. MSS offers competitive pay, benefits, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Minnesota requires Designated Coordinator under 245D.
• Experience providing direct care to persons with disabilities favored.
• Valid MN driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT Medical card.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement fun, meaningful programs for participants.
• Provide direct care support (meals, medicine, bathroom).
