Job summary

MSS in Apple Valley, MN is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide creative and engaging activities for adults with disabilities. This full-time role offers reliable weekday hours (7:30am–4:00pm) with no evenings or weekends, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over six months.

You will support individuals in daily activities, assist with personal care, and lead groups in art, gardening, and community outings, while ensuring safety and respect in a warm team environment.
