Qualifications

• At least one year of post-degree experience in planning/coordination/administration of human services, or five years total with relevant experience.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills; ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including Facilitators and Direct Care staff.
• Coordinate individual service planning and review plans semi-annually.
• Maintain regular contact with members, guardians, and other agencies; arrange transportation as needed.
