Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Part-Time Service Coordinator in Toledo, OH to support residents at Pilgrim Port. The role requires 16 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8 am–5 pm, at 4545 Angola Rd. Pay is $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field preferred.
• Two+ years delivering social services to elderly or family populations preferred.
• Working knowledge of supportive services and local community resources.
• Demonstrated ability to advocate, organize, problem-solve, and deliver measurable results for residents.

• Assist residents in obtaining and using services like housekeeping, meals, transportation, and financial assistance.
• Monitor feedback from residents and families; relay concerns promptly.
