Zinga's is hiring a remote, part-time Service Coordinator to keep service jobs moving from start to finish from your home. You'll link installation teams, manufacturers and customers, ensuring information is complete and timely responses.

Starting part-time with a path to full-time as the volume grows, this role offers flexible hours, a clear process, and competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour. A quiet, dependable home workspace and good communication are important.

Service Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote) Pay: $18-20 per hour Job Type: Part-Time, with a path to full-time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. (about 30 hours per week; some flexibility available) Location: Remote (work from home)

Zinga's is hiring a Service Coordinator to keep our service jobs moving from start to finish, from your own home. You'll be the link between our installation team, our manufacturers and our customers. You'll make sure every job has complete, accurate information and that nobody is left waiting for an answer.

Room to grow

This position starts part-time. As our service volume increases and our training program develops, it can grow into a full-time role. If you show strong follow-through, we want to grow with you.

What you own

• Gathering, checking and organizing all the information each service job needs
• Working with installation teams to get missing or updated details
• Working directly with manufacturers to get accurate information for warranty claims, so each claim is handled correctly and fairly for both the customer and Zinga's
• Giving customers timely, accurate updates
• Keeping jobs moving without delays or gaps
• Tracking job progress and keeping accurate records
• Following up until each job is finished correctly

A typical day

• Calling field technicians to confirm job details
• Contacting manufacturers to confirm warranty coverage, part details and claim requirements
• Updating customer records and service notes
• Talking with customers about timelines and what to expect
• Spotting missing information and resolving it quickly
• Managing several service jobs at once

What you bring
