As a Field Service Mechanic, you’ll support Taylor Machine Works customers throughout the Cartersville area—delivering exceptional “service after the sale” and keeping equipment performing at its best.

Your responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and repairing diesel and hydraulic systems
• Performing inspections, adjustments, and part replacements
• Machine setup, operator training, and warranty guidance
• Scheduling daily service with your supervisor
• Completing accurate reporting for billing
• Maintaining a clean, professional service truck
• Troubleshooting complex issues and mentoring junior techs (for experienced hires)
• 3+ years diesel/hydraulic experience (or equivalent schooling)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• DOT certifiable (must be 21+)
• Able to pass the tacker welding test
• Willing to travel with occasional overnight stays
