The role focuses on supporting field service technicians and service leadership by coordinating parts, orders, and customer communications, with an emphasis on accurate documentation and timely delivery. You will prepare quotes, manage parts through Epicor, track pricing and availability, and ensure shipments are complete.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-house contact for customer phone calls and emails related to replacement parts
• Prepare customer parts quotes and process parts orders through Epicor
• Provide customers with pricing, availability, and order status information
• Coordinate with service technicians when parts require programming, configuration, or other preparation before shipment
• Coordinate with Shipping and other internal departments to ensure orders are complete and properly prepared before shipment
• Process parts returns and related documentation as needed

We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Service Department in Nashville, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, customer-focused individual who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, working across departments, and supporting a fast-paced technical service team.

The Service Coordinator will provide critical in-house support to our field service technicians and service leadership by assisting with parts sales and order coordination, customer communication, service documentation, scheduling, and preparation of field installation kits.
