Job summary

Bella Cosa Jewelers is seeking an experienced Jewelry Repairs Coordinator to work onsite in Willowbrook to support our repair operations team and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The role blends a passion for fine jewelry with strong client service and workflow coordination.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in jewelry retail repair operations, knowledge of repair processes, and proficiency with POS systems.

Qualifications

  • Must have 2+ years of experience in jewelry retail repair operations.
  • Strong understanding of jewelry materials, gemstones, and repair processes.
  • Ability to manage workflow and meet repair deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems.
  • General knowledge of watch repair and ability to change watch batteries and links.
  • Participate in store open/close procedures.
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays and special events.

  • Create detailed repair tickets and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Communicate with customers regarding repair status, timelines, and costs.

  • Assist with managing inventory of repair materials and supplies.
  • Work closely with the Repairs Manager and Sales team on all repairs.

Required Qualifications:
