The Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the well‑being of our residents by identifying their needs and coordinating appropriate services. This position involves building relationships with community service providers, developing health and wellness programs, and advocating for residents. There is an immediate opening for a regular part‑time, 30‑hours‑a‑week Social Service Coordinator at Round House Manor, a 49‑unit older adult residential community in Kaukauna, WI, 54130. Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job‑related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required.
The role is considered non‑exempt and may be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state law. The anticipated base pay range for the position is $25.00- $26.00 per hour.
