The Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the well-being of our residents by identifying their needs and coordinating appropriate services. This position involves building relationships with community service providers, developing health and wellness programs, and advocating for residents. There is an immediate opening for a regular part-time 32-hours-a-week Social Service Coordinator at Parmly Lakeview, 60-unit older adult residential apartments in Chisago City, MN, 55013.

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required.
The role is considered non-exempt and may be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state law. The anticipated base pay range for the position is $25.00- $25.00 per hour.
Employees working less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for RHF benefits unless otherwise specified under applicable state or federal laws. Eligibility for specific benefits may vary depending on the position, work schedule, and location in accordance with federal and state labor laws.
