Job summary

Thermosystems, LLC in Des Moines, IA, is seeking a service coordination professional to work with internal and external customers to schedule and manage HVAC service work. You will demonstrate independent judgment and problem solving to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

Qualifications include an associate degree and experience with Microsoft 365; you will build strong customer relationships, manage multiple work orders, and prioritize tasks under pressure while meeting deadlines.

• Work with both internal and external customers to coordinate service work.
• Demonstrate independent judgment by working with customers on issues regarding their service needed, finding ways to solve problems and/or troubleshoot to achieve the wanted result.
• Communicate with external customers on a regular basis about job status, operations, customers need, and more.
• Offer both billing and collects support which is an integral part of the company’s financials.
• Manage all customer service repair work orders from start to finish including scheduling, tracking, ordering parts, subcontractor management, startup management, warranty management, close-out, and invoicing.
• Maintain great relationship with customers by providing best-in-class customer service and ensure all service requirements are met.

The typical hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $26.45 - $31.25 in Iowa. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including verification of employment history, education, background screening, and drug testing where permitted by law.
