Job summary

Location

Headquartered in Elmhurst, Illinois, we operate offices in Elmhurst, Romeoville, Peoria, Chicago, the Quad Cities, and Des Moines. Our organization includes dedicated equipment, solutions, and service sales teams, along with a comprehensive parts and full-service department to support the products we represent.

Responsibilities

Work with both internal and external customers to coordinate service work. Demonstrate independent judgment by working with customers on issues regarding their service needed; finding ways to solve problems and/or troubleshoot to achieve the wanted result. Communicate with external customers on a regular basis about job status, operations, customers need, and more. Offer both billing and collects support which is an integral part of the company’s financials. Manage all customer service repair work orders from start to finish including scheduling, tracking, ordering parts, subcontractor management, startup management, warranty management, close-out, and invoicing. Maintain great relationship with customers by providing best-in‑class customer service and ensure all service requirements are met. All other duties assigned.

Qualifications

Associate degree in related field is preferred. Proven experience in service coordination. Must have background using Microsoft 365 Suite.

Pay

The typical hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $26.45 - $31.25 in IL. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
