Job summary

W.W. Williams Service Coordination Supervisor drives scheduling precision, workflow accuracy, and timely billing packet preparation to support efficient daily operations.

You will schedule technicians, monitor job aging, verify technician time, manage PTO, and coordinate approved outside vendors to keep service levels high.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; or 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians and maintain daily system updates.
• Maintain job aging within thresholds.
• Complete billing documentation packets on schedule.
• Verify daily technician time and manage PTO per policy.
• Escalate concerns when overtime/workflow thresholds are exceeded.

Service Coordination Supervisor Opportunity Summary

The Service Coordination Supervisor is accountable for scheduling precision, workflow accuracy, job aging control, and billing packet readiness to ensure efficient daily operations.

Job Duties

• Schedule technicians efficiently and maintain accurate daily system updates.
• Accountable for maintaining job aging within established thresholds.
• Ensure billing documentation packets are complete and within policy timelines.
• Verify technician time daily and manage PTO scheduling within policy guidelines.
• Escalate operational concerns when overtime or workflow thresholds are exceeded.
• Coordinate approved outside vendors and asset movement.

Work Experience & Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
