You will act as the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring customer needs are understood and the recommended services are clear for both parties. This role emphasizes customer service and technical collaboration at Pohanka.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in automotive service or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Initiate service and repairs by identifying vehicle problems and service requests.
• Verify warranty coverage, develop estimates, write repair orders, and maintain records.

You will serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.
