Job summary

Beverly Hills BMW, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is seeking a Service Greeter/Porter to enhance customer flow and provide concierge-style service. You will greet customers, assist with vehicle walks, manage parking, and support home deliveries for service clients as needed.

The role emphasizes a friendly demeanor, reliable attendance, and adherence to safety policies. Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience.

• Able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude and directs them appropriately.
• Records customer information including name, VIN, mileage and vehicle status.
• Controls service traffic flow and parking; assists with loaner vehicles as needed.
• Drives vehicles safely within the lot and returns them to designated areas.
• Delivers keys and repair orders to the Service Advisor and maintains a clean service drive area.
