Job summary

Beverly Hills BMW (a Sonic Automotive family dealership) is seeking a Lot Porter to help move service vehicles, assist customers, and provide concierge-style support to service clients in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on smooth traffic flow, a clean service drive, and exceptional customer service. Authorized to work in the USA and able to pass pre-employment checks are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move vehicles as needed.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly attitude and direct them appropriately.
• Assist with moving service vehicles to maintain smooth traffic flow and parking order.
• Support home deliveries for service clients as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe service drive area and report any incidents.
