Responsibilities

• Greets customers at the cashier desk in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Receives cash, checks and credit card payments; records amount received.
• Makes change and issues receipts to customers.
• Provides cash refunds or credit memorandums for returned merchandise.
• Maintains a clean and tidy Customer Lounge and refreshment area.
• Engages customers to ensure satisfaction and updates them on progress of repairs.
