Job summary

Parks Motor Group is seeking a Service Concierge to assist our service department with guest relations and smooth operations at the service drive in Wesley Chapel, FL. You will greet clients, route them to the right team, and ensure a warm, authentic welcome as the first point of contact.

Key requirements include a clean driver’s license, professional appearance, dependability, and basic computer skills. Customer service experience is preferred, and you must be able to work outdoors and

Qualifications

• A clean and valid driver’s license (REQUIRED).
• Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Dependable and reliable with strong work ethic.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Physically able to walk/stand for long periods and work outdoors.
• Able to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Professional appearance is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival at the service drive and direct them to the appropriate team member.
• Pull clients' vehicles on and off the service drive.
• Ensure vehicles and clients are properly cared for and cleaned upon return.
• Maintain general facility cleanliness and order.
• Shuttle clients to and from their homes or place of business as needed.
• Assist the service team to exceed client expectations.

Parks Motor Group was founded in April of 1975 by Jack Parks with the inception of Northgate Lincoln Mercury in Tampa, Florida; changing it's name in January of 2011 to Parks Lincoln of Tampa. Jack Parks' son Randy Parks soon followed with the acquisition of Longwood Lincoln Mercury in November 1979; changing it's name to Parks Lincoln of Longwood in 2011. This expanded Parks Motor Group to the Orlando, Florida Market. In June 1983, Jack Parks' son Ron Parks acquired Heritage Ford in Wesley Chapel, Florida adding the blue oval to the Parks Motor Group family. Not stopping there, Randy Parks decided to branch out of the automotive arena and in August of 1983, Seminole Powersports was born. Seminole Powersports started out offering Honda with the soon after addition of Kawasaki, Yamaha and now Can-Am and Sea Doo. Ron Parks had his eye on Toyota, so in August of 1988, Ron acquired Stadium Toyota in Tampa. Then in April of 1992, Randy Parks acquired DeLand Toyota thus expanding the Orlando Market to now the Orlando/Volusia Market. Not stopping with Lincoln, Mercury, Powersports and Toyota; Randy then acquired Ford Lincoln and Hyundai of Gainesville, bringing the blue oval and Hyundai to Gainesville, Florida.

Summary

Our Service Concierge Team will be responsible for assisting our service department in guest relations. As the first person our parts and service guests will typically meet an authentic warm greeting and the ability to direct the client to the necessary team member is required. Exceeding a clients expectations begins with you.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet all clients upon pulling on to the service drive
• Pull clients vehicles on and off the service drive.
• Make sure all clients are cleaned upon return to the client.
• Minor facility cleanliness is maintained.
• Perform shuttling of clients to and from their homes and place of business.
• Assist service team to exceed a clients expectations.

Requirements:

• A clean and valid driver’s license is REQUIRED.
• Must present themselves in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers.
• Must be dependable and reliable.
• Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Must be Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside. This can be a physically demanding position.
• Must be able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
• Must have basic computer knowledge
• Customer Service experience is preferred
• Professional appearance is necessary
