Join our Store Operations Team as a Service Clerk!

The Opportunity

The Service Clerk is the key to our success!

Stores rely on the Service Clerk to provide excellent customer service, keep shelves stocked with fresh food, and create a great shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Organize shopping carts inside the store and retrieve carts from parking areas.
• Assist customers with loading merchandise into carts and help load their vehicles.
• Check retail prices on shelves for check stand personnel.
• Return merchandise from check stands to proper shelves and face merchandise on aisles.
• Maintain cleanliness at store entrance and throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom restocking.

Restrictions: Service Clerks may NOT perform the following duties:

• Receiving functions (e.g., order receipt, DEX/NEX, DSD).
• Operate power equipment (except certified bailer operators aged 18+).
• Run a department or stock shelves (except for merchandise from check stands).
• Pull down merchandise (except assisting customers when shelves are empty).
• Work on night crews (except for cleanup duties).
