Job summary

Taco Bell is hiring a Service Champion (Team Member) for hourly work in The Colony, TX. The Team Member serves as the heart of front-line operations, greeting guests, taking orders at the POS, and helping keep the dining area clean while ensuring fast, friendly service.

Responsibilities include assisting with food preparation, maintaining safe and clean work areas, and supporting training for new staff. The role offers flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement within a fast-paced team

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance.
• Willing to obtain state/local food handler certification if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders at the POS.
• Serve and prepare food according to brand standards.
• Keep dining areas clean and maintained.
• Assist with training new staff as needed.
• Follow MIC instructions to ensure timely order prep.
