Job summary

Taco Bell in Carrollton, TX is hiring a Service Champion (Team Member) to join our front-line operations. You will greet guests, take orders at the POS, assist with kiosks, and help keep the dining area clean while delivering fast and friendly service.

No extensive experience required—we offer training, flexible schedules, and opportunities to advance to Team Member Trainer, Shift Leader, or management roles. Employee meal discounts and team recognition programs are included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant setting is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
• Excellent customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong communication.
• Must be able to count cash and make change; willing to obtain food handler’s certification if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, take orders, and operate POS; assist with kiosks as needed.
• Serve and prepare food and beverages to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean dining area, including tables and restrooms.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team and follow MIC directions to ensure timely orders.
