Tire Discounters is seeking a Service Manager in Kentucky to lead and coach the Service and Tire Technician teams, ensuring top-quality service and customer satisfaction at our store. This role emphasizes training, hiring support, and maintaining safety standards while delivering efficient workflow in the bays.

The ideal candidate has prior automotive service management experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service management or supervisory roles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the USA and 18+.
• Availability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Lead service and tire technician teams and evaluate performance.
• Manage workflow in service bays and inform sales staff of wait times.
• Ensure clear communication between shop and customers.
• Inspect vehicles for needed services and provide recommendations.
• Maintain safety policies and a safe work environment.
• Meet or exceed performance standards and drive customer satisfaction.
