Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service or as a mechanic is required.
• Prior management or supervisory experience is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA and 18+ years old.
• Ability to work in safety-focused environment with potential outside conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Service Technician and Tire Technician teams, including coaching, training, and assisting with hiring and discipline.
• Manage workflow in service bays and keep sales staff informed on wait times.
• Ensure clear communication between shop and customers.
• Ensure vehicles are inspected, recommendations given, and customer satisfaction achieved.
• Promote safety policies and a safe work environment.
• Meet or exceed performance standards for quality and speed of service.
• Drive customer satisfaction and reinforce that the customer is the top priority.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration across all staff.
• Partner with sales staff to assist customers and handle other tasks.
