FleetPride, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to supervise all service operations at the Service Center, drive EBITDA and inventory goals, and ensure top-tier customer service. The role requires overseeing workflows and directing service tasks while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

You will coach staff, manage invoices and costs, and drive performance against budgets, collaborating with vendors, dealers and subcontractors to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Service operations and customer service.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all Service functions and workspaces in the Service Center.
• Delegate and direct Service tasks; monitor the Service department workflow processes.
• Proactively coach employees to achieve a high-performance level.
• Manage costs and assets of the Service Center to achieve financial targets.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and reporting of business unit performance to senior management.
• Maintain safety, industry standards, and clean working environments.
