Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Service Centers are seeking a Service Supervisor to lead the service department at a Goodyear CTSC location. You will oversee the team and equipment, assist technicians, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include achieving sales and budgeted objectives, delivering accurate estimates, processing billing, and maintaining safety and staffing levels. A background in commercial tire service and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Prior commercial tire experience.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and DOT qualifications.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist Center Manager in achieving sales, units, and budgeted objectives.
• Deliver accurate service estimates and tire pricing.
• Complete work orders, PM checklists, and paperwork efficiently.
• Process billing and protect company assets.
• Communicate work assignments and manage staffing with the Center Manager.
• Ensure a safe, accident-free service area.
