Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers is seeking an Inside Service Technician to service commercial tires and related tasks at a Goodyear CTSC location. You will perform mounting/dismounting, tire inflation, basic repairs, and service ticket documentation while upholding safety standards.

We value a mechanical mindset, clear communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Safety training and PPE are required for daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3 months' experience in Commercial Service Tire or related field preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Service commercial tires, including mounting and dismounting.
• Perform match mounting and radial runout checks as trained.
• Inflate tires to prescribed PSI according to load.
• Determine repairable tire conditions and perform repairs.
• Remove tires for retreading or repair.
• Document service tickets accurately.
• Maintain clean and safe equipment; follow OSHA and PPE rules.
• Perform physical tasks including heavy lifting as required.
• Support safety and service excellence goals.
