Qualifications

• 1+ year of dealership experience preferred, or 1 to 2 years of cashier, receptionist, or customer service experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cash out and assist customers at the completion of their service and/or parts visits.
• Complete a nightly cash and check deposit to be brought to the accounting department the next business day.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with service-related questions.
• Schedule service appointments and assist customers using our online scheduling system.
• Direct calls to the appropriate department or team member when necessary.
• Close and process repair orders using CDK.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and repair order/invoice information.
• Review, organize, and process service and parts department paperwork.
• Stamp paperwork with dates and ensure required documents are signed.
• Un-staple, organize, and scan repair orders and invoices into CDK.
• Communicate with Parts Department regarding recalls, parts availability, and timelines.
• Assist customers with questions regarding their service appointments and direct them to resources.
• Learn the basics of the automotive service industry to better assist customers.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and helpful attitude with every customer.
• Perform other administrative and customer-service duties as needed.
