Eastside Subaru is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Service Cashier to join our Service team. You will greet customers, process payments accurately, and support service advisors and technicians with light administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous cashier, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling payments and paperwork.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the Service Department and provide friendly, efficient support.
• Process service payments accurately, including cash, card, and warranty transactions.
• Close repair orders and maintain organized payment and invoice records.
• Assist with answering phones, scheduling service appointments, and directing customer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, professional cashier and customer waiting area.
