Eastside Subaru in Kirkland, WA is seeking a dependable Service Cashier to join our Service team. You will greet customers in the service department and handle payments with accuracy while maintaining organized records.

Qualifications

• Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with payments.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the Service Department and provide friendly, efficient support
• Process service payments accurately, including cash, card, and warranty transactions
• Close repair orders and maintain organized payment and invoice records
• Assist with answering phones, scheduling service appointments, and directing customer inquiries
• Support Service Advisors and Technicians with light administrative and clerical tasks
• Maintain a clean, professional cashier and customer waiting area
• Contribute to smooth day-to-day service operations with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a great experience with every visit
