Job summary

Toyota Carlsbad in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Service Department Cashier to join our team. In this role, you’ll greet customers, close repair orders, and accurately collect payments for service, parts, rentals, and vehicle sales.

You should have at least two years of retail experience, cash-handling skills, and a strong commitment to excellent customer service. Weekend availability is required.

Job Details: Job Location: Toyota Carlsbad - Carlsbad, CA 92011, Salary Range: $20.00 - $21.00 Hourly, Are you friendly, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service? Toyota Carlsbad is looking for a Service Department Cashier to join our team!

In this role, you’ll help customers complete the final step of their service visit by closing repair orders, processing payments accurately, and providing a welcoming, professional checkout experience.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and acknowledge customers promptly, creating a friendly and welcoming environment.
• Close repair orders and accurately collect and process payments for service, parts, rentals, vehicle sales, and other transactions.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns professionally, referring issues to the appropriate team member when needed.
• Follow established cash-handling, payment-processing, and quality control procedures.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Maintain a professional appearance and wear the dealership-provided uniform.
• Work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
