Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in carpentry or construction experience.
• Willingness to learn; ability to follow direction closely.
• Must possess a valid drivers license.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• This position is intermediate level, performing physically demanding and high risk work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Service Carpenters work with trim, wall panels, repairing metal structures and roofs.
• This role may require occasional overnight stays on projects out of town.

Responsibilities

• Work with finishing materials such as trim and wall panels.
• Repair metal structures and roofs as needed.
• Install exterior doors and perform miscellaneous demolition work.
• Pave and work on concrete projects and remodel tasks.
• Wear safety harnesses when operating lifts or on roofs.
