Flat Rate Detail Shop Position(s) Available.

We are looking for the following positions:

• Detail Specialist 1 - Some experience required
• Detail Specialist 2 - 2+ years of experience

Responsibilities include maintaining store facilities to ensure high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service/products, courteous employees, and quick responses to inquiries and complaints. Tasks involve driving, detailing, and cleaning vehicles.

Responsibilities

The detailer will perform tasks such as washing vehicle exteriors with various cleaning solutions, waxing and buffing, vacuuming interiors, cleaning upholstery and surfaces, drying surfaces with air compressors, and applying protective chemicals. Additional duties may include using dyes, paints, waxes, cleaning engines, or engine compartments. Flexibility to carry out additional tasks as assigned is required.

Working Conditions

• This physically demanding role involves frequent movement: bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and entering/exiting vehicles.
• Work may occur outdoors and under varying climate conditions.
• Work involves moving numerous vehicles daily.
• Use of OSHA-approved waxes and cleaners such as window cleaner, tar remover, and tire shine.
• Frequent flexing of the spine, hands, wrists, and fingers.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Receiving detailed oral communication.
• Clarity of vision and hearing.
• Ability to detect small imperfections and inspect work quality.
• Work with urgency, valuing customers' time.
• Adherence to uniform and grooming standards.

Compensation: Flat Rate
