Position Details

Flat Rate Detail Shop Position(s) Available.

Are you a team player focused on providing exemplary customer service in a fast-paced environment?

Available positions include:

1. Detail Specialist 1 - Some experience
2. Detail Specialist 2 - 2+ years experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facilities to produce high-quality service.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service, courteous staff, and prompt responses to inquiries and complaints.
• Perform vehicle washing, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, cleaning upholstery, and surface cleaning.
• Use air compressors and chemicals for surface protection.
• May need to use dyes, paints, and waxes for vehicle surfaces and clean engine compartments.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

• Physically demanding; includes bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and repetitive movements.
• Work outdoors in varying climate conditions.
• Operate various tools and equipment safely.
• Maintain visual and auditory clarity for inspection and communication.
• Work with a sense of urgency and adhere to grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
