Flat Rate Detail Shop Position(s) Available.

Are you a team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service and performs well in a fast-paced work environment?

We are looking for the following positions:

• Detail Specialist 1 - Some experience
• Detail Specialist 2 - 2+ years of experience

Responsibilities include maintaining the store facilities to ensure high-quality service, providing customer satisfaction through quality service/products, courteous employees, and quick responses to inquiries and complaints. Duties involve driving, detailing, and cleaning vehicles.

Responsibilities

The detailer will perform tasks such as washing exteriors, waxing, buffing, vacuuming interiors, cleaning upholstery, using air compressors, applying preservation chemicals, and possibly using dyes, paints, and waxes. Additional duties may include cleaning engines and engine compartments. Flexibility to perform additional tasks as assigned is required.

Working Conditions

• This physically demanding role involves frequent movement such as bending, lifting, reaching, and squatting, often into and out of vehicles.
• Work may be outdoors and under varying climate conditions.
• Work involves moving multiple vehicles daily.
• Use of OSHA-approved waxes and cleaners.
• Frequent flexing of the spine, hands, wrists, and fingers.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Receiving detailed oral instructions.
• Clarity of vision and hearing is necessary.
• Ability to detect small imperfections and perform quality inspections.
• Work with urgency, respecting customer time.
• Adherence to uniform and grooming standards.

Compensation is based on a FLAT RATE.
