Job summary

Ciocca Automotive is seeking an energetic call center professional to join our growing and dynamic team. This full-time role offers hourly pay plus bonuses, with Monday through Friday hours and rotating Saturdays to support sales and service appointments.

You will handle customer calls, respond to inquiries, and guide clients to dealership resources, with training provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• At least one previous customer service-related role.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual a plus!

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales/service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
