Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, web inquiries, chat requests regarding vehicle service.
• Proactively contact customers about maintenance, recalls, and follow-ups.
• Schedule service appointments accurately gathering customer and vehicle information.
• Provide professional, timely communication throughout interactions.
• Answer questions about services, promotions, and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate customer records and history in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Stay knowledgeable about dealership services and manufacturer recommendations.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and managers for a seamless experience.
• Remain engaged during scheduled hours and help with workload during busy periods.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve customer-service and automotive-knowledge.
