Job summary

Oakes Auto Group is seeking a Service BDC Agent in Kansas City, MO to support the service department through inbound and outbound communications, appointment scheduling, and retention efforts in a fast-paced dealership setting.

This full-time role offers a compensation range of $3,500–$5,800 monthly based on performance and includes health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and career growth across multiple stores.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or phone-based experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Valid driver's license with a clean or acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments.
• Make outbound calls to support service retention, appointment follow-up, missed appointment recovery, and customer communication efforts.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives, CSI goals, and dealership service processes while maintaining professionalism during interactions.
• Assist with appointment confirmations, special order parts communication, and administrative follow-up tasks.
• Work closely with the service department team to support daily operations and adapt to changing responsibilities throughout the day.
• Assist in de-escalating upset customer situations and helping provide positive service experiences.
