Job summary

Cityside Subaru in Belmont, MA is hiring a Service BDC Representative or Service Appointment Coordinator. This is a busy, customer-focused role at a growing dealership offering full- and part-time schedules, with hours that include nights and weekends.

You will schedule service appointments, follow up with customers by phone and online, advise on maintenance, and respond to internet leads and recalls. Strong computer skills and excellent communication help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service background.
• Punctual, reliable and eager to improve.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and speak with customers every day by phone after each appointment.
• Actively listen to customers, answer questions, and direct them as needed.
• Respond quickly to customer calls, online scheduling, and live chat inquiries.
• Advise maintenance recommendations.
• Confirm scheduled and missed appointments.
• Contact customers with open recalls to schedule service.
• Perform daily follow up of work from previous week.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

$18.00-$21.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and speak with customers every single day by following up over the phone after each appointment.
• Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request.
• Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries.
• Advise maintenance recommendations.
• Confirm scheduled and missed appointments.
• Contact customer's with open recalls to get scheduled for completion
• Perform daily follow up of work from previous week
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word (and preferably dual-screen experience)
• Strong customer service background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Maintain a professional code of conduct at all times
• Punctual, reliable and eager to improve
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
