Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound service calls.
• Contact customers regarding recalls, service reminders, no-shows, and cancellations.
• Respond to service-related internet leads, emails, and missed calls.
• Route calls to the appropriate service advisor or department.
• Review dashboards for our AI platform and assist with follow-up activity.
• Check vehicles in and out to customers.

Service BDC Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound service calls
• Contact customers regarding open recalls, service reminders, no-shows, and cancellations
• Respond to service-related internet leads, emails, and missed calls
• Route calls to the appropriate service advisor or department
• Review dashboards for our AI platform and assist with follow-up activityli>
• Check vehicles in and out to customers
• Verify insurance and driver’s licenses
• Review and explain loaner vehicle guidelines (fuel, tolls, etc.)
• Remove and return loaner vehicles to the fleet following Audi Loaner Policy
• Review service schedules, including cash and extended warranty services
• Communicate with service advisors and update notes related to payment status

What We’re Looking For

• Customer-focused, professional, and detail-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous customer service, call center, or automotive service experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Comfortable with computers, CRMs, and multitasking
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
