Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is seeking a Service Bartender for the Mystic Steakhouse. You will prepare and serve beverages, support servers, manage bar inventory, and ensure the bar is stocked and clean before opening.

You will interact with guests to provide excellent service, handle payments, and assist with general bar operations while following responsible alcohol-service guidelines. This is an on-site role with opportunities for advancement.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience or education in bartending is required or preferred.
• Ability to work a varying schedule.
• Knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Alcohol Awareness rules and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare drink orders for servers according to recipes and procedures.
• Operate POS system to process charges.
• Handle cash, checks, currency, credit cards, gift certificates, tips; validate cards.
