Prepares and serves drinks to guests and beverage servers in compliance with all company and health department standards and policies. Is responsible for processing transactions using the company's P.O.S. system and for any cash variances. Maintains the bar fully stocked with no product overages or shortages.

Qualifications

Minimum age requirement is 21. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to obtain all required work cards and gaming registration. Knowledge of wines, spirits, beverages, cordials, and after-dinner drinks. Must have cash handling experience. Must possess understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and an understanding of soda, juice, and liquor guns.
