Job summary

Station Casinos LLC is seeking a Bartender to prepare and serve drinks, manage POS transactions, and maintain bar stock in a casino hospitality setting. You will ensure compliance with health and company standards and work with beverage servers to support guest service.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of wines and spirits, cash handling experience, and the ability to obtain work cards and Gaming Registration. Minimum age is 21 and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration.
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, beverages, cordials and after-dinner drinks.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Must possess understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and an understanding of soda, juice and liquor guns.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves drinks to guests and beverage servers in compliance with all Company and health department standards and policies.
• Processes transactions using the Company's POS system and is responsible for any cash variances.
• Maintains the bar fully stocked, with no product overages or shortages.
